How to make healthy protein dreamsicles Popsicles

A great healthy treat during the summer time. These protein dreamsicles are packed with over25g of protein each. They are a refreshing treat!

Here are the items you need:

  • Jay Robb whey protein in tropical dreamsicle flavor
  • Trop 50 orange juice
  • Almond milk or water
  • Popsicle holders
  • Whisk
  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring cup

How to make:

Use one scoop of protein per Popsicle. I had six so I used six scoops. Add to bowl.

Add 1/4 cup of almond milk or water. You can use either one. Add to bowl.

Add 1/2 cup of orange juice low cal. Add to bowl.

Whisk well until smooth and without lumps.

Get your Popsicle tray ready and fill each one almost to the top. Cover and place into freezer.

They should be ready in about an hour depending on your freezer.
